Andalusia October 2014

Our trip to the Andalusian heartland promises to be a real highlight of the season.

The famous Southern Spanish province has a lot to offer, both in cycling and cultural as well as culinary aspects. Starting from our initial destination on the "Costa del Sol" we first explore the local province "Axarquía". Then we will do a wonderful ride via the "Lion's Gate" and Alhama de Granada all the way to Granada. There we do not only have the chance to climb Europe's highest paved road.

Of course, a visit to the Alhambra, the Maures' last stand on the European Continent, is a must. And when taking a tour of the Albaicín you will surely find countless tapa bars and "tablaos", where Flamenco music will be played and celebrated live almost every night.
